Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of perfumes, incense, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defect
Return Conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Clear photos of the issue must be provided
- Product must remain unused and in its original packaging
After reviewing the request, we may offer:
- A replacement product
or
- A refund through the original payment method when applicable
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the mistake was caused by our store.
